David Kamm: Court Receiver Project Manager

David Kamm brings added depth to the Receivership Specialists project management team. With more than 27 years of experience in project management, asset management, residential and commercial real estate management, and leasing, Mr Kamm commands tremendous organizational, real estate, project, and legal experience.

While at Birtcher American Properties, Mr. Kamm headed the Residential Management Division, in conjunction with the REO department of the former American Savings & Loan. While at Held Properties, Mr. Kamm was the development coordinator of the 100, 200 and 300 UCLA Medical Plaza public-private venture, working extensively with architects, contractors, project managers, lenders, and university representatives, both at the campus and state level. Mr. Kamm served as asset manager for Held Properties’ one million square feet of office and medical office buildings, and was in-house counsel for lease negotiations.

While at MullinTBG, a financial services firm whose clients included top executives of The Coca-Cola Company, Wal-Mart, Nordstrom, Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, The Cheesecake Factory, among others, Mr. Kamm was Department Head and Vice President of Client Communications.

Mr. Kamm is a licensed attorney admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, who earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his BA from Occidental College in Los Angeles.
