Jeffrey C. Engerman: Court Receiver Project Manager

Since 2015, Jeffrey C. Engerman has worked with Receivership Specialists managing cases requiring his specific skills and areas of expertise. Mr. Engerman is an integral part of Receivership Specialists work as a court receiver, court referee (partition referee), and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee. Mr. Engerman has an extensive and varied background in business, law, real estate, and project management, and works closely with Receivership Specialists’ founders, Kevin Singer and John Rachlin. Mr. Engerman is involved with cases from all Receivership Specialists’ offices in California, Arizona, and Nevada.

Mr. Engerman graduated from Tulane University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and earned his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with Dean’s Honors in 1996. Mr. Engerman earned his law degree from the School of Law at the University of Texas at Austin in 1999.
