Kevin Singer and his long time friend and business partner John Rachlin, founded Receivership Specialists in 2001. Since then, Receivership Specialists has specialized in state and federal court receiverships, referee assignments, partition sales, and chapter 11 bankruptcies. Serving as president of Receivership Specialists, Mr Singer has opened offices throughout the Southwest to handle court assignments.
Because of his experience in real estate, property management, and construction, Mr Singer is ideally suited to perform his duties as a court appointed court receiver.
Mr. Singer and his team at Receivership Specialists have handled over 555 cases and managed over $2,000,000,000 in assets. The cases over which they have been appointed have included all different types of real estate, businesses, gas stations, hotels, assisted living facilities, restaurants, bars, liquor licenses, family estates/trusts, commodities, and construction projects. Mr. Singer has served as a receiver, referee, and bankruptcy trustee, for large and small banks, private lenders, private investors and municipalities. He has been appointed to Health and Safety Receiverships.
Mr. Singer is a five time participant and panelist at the CRF in Conjunction with Loyola Law School Receivers Education Program, an Associate Publisher for Receivership News, and a lecturer and writer on various topics in the receivership field. He is currently president and a director on the board of the California Receivers Forum (CRF).
